By accessing or using TutorSprout (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you are a parent or guardian creating an account for your child, you accept these terms on their behalf.
TutorSprout is an AI-powered educational tutoring platform designed for children in kindergarten through 8th grade. The Service provides personalized learning experiences, including chat-based tutoring, spelling practice, homework help, and progress tracking for parents.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Child profiles are created and managed by the parent account holder.
TutorSprout offers paid subscription plans. Payment is processed through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You may manage your subscription through the Settings page or Stripe Customer Portal.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to bypass safety filters, using the Service for any unlawful purpose, or interfering with other users' access to the Service.
TutorSprout uses AI to generate educational content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. The Service is designed to supplement, not replace, traditional education. We implement safety filters to keep content age-appropriate, but no system is perfect.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the Settings page.
TutorSprout is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
